10sei0otto which is pronounced DIECI-SEI-ZERO-OTTO is a conceptual avant-garde label which was founded by Paolo Barelli and Tiziano Rillo. The mixture of Paolo who’s an absolute expert in the leather industry and Tiziano a creative and passionate designer resulted in a perfect match.
Special treatments and unique finishing are the main concepts where 10sei0otto stands for. The aim of the label is to fulfill the needs of an evolved and ever changing market, focusing on high level standards, on high quality products as well as on new artisanal approaches.
That’s also the reason why every garment from 10sei0otto is endlessly cared of any single detail according to the long settled traditions of Made in Italy. Elegance and informal is a mixture 10sei0otto believes to be overlapped and skillfully balanced, the brand thus prides itself to dress people who dare to experiment and who are open to different life perspectives.
If we take a look at their latest Fall/Winter 2016-17 collection, we see a limitless research in the use of materials and unprecedented fitting, alongside exclusive outfits through stretching leathers, metallic and cotton leathers, sheepskin coats with lasered insides, or light and thin leathers matched with linen, silk, cottons and a variety of leather shoes in different color ways.
10sei0otto’s latest Fall/Winter 2016-17 Collection will also contain a collaboration with London based designer James Kearns which is called Asylum. This new and exclusive cobranding project, contains a limited-edition sneaker collection. The project puts together the innovative ideas, the great experience and the ability of making shoes of the two designers, and represents, at the same time, an evolution in research and design.
High quality, passion for details and rigorous handmade workmanship are the core elements of distinction of this brand new collection of 40 completely hand-made pairs of shoes. The Asylum sneakers will be available in 3 versions and they are manufactured with a special selection of vegetable tanned leather and their distinctive feature is a hand- made double-stitching.
After being hand dyed, one by one, they obtain a peculiar and unique effect thanks to a special washing process. Take a look at some of the images we’ve shot in their showroom and share your thoughts with others online.
